GoCPS (Outside Attendance Area)
Waters can accept students who live outside the attendance area through the CPS Office of Access and Enrollment computerized lottery. Applications will be due in early December for the 2022-23 school year. Due to the unknown number of incoming kindergarten neighborhood students, all kindergarten lottery students are waitlisted in two categories: sibling and general lottery. Acceptance to kindergarten for out of neighborhood students occurs in August with priority is given to siblings.
