WINTER WEATHER NOTES
Coldness greets us. Stay warm.
All students are welcome in the Annex until bell rings at 8:15. Parents can join their kids if they want to in the annex. It may be crowded so Mrs. Crespo asks that if you can get there as close to 8:15 as possible (instead of too early) that will alleviate some crowding. Extra staff will be available to help kids, if needed, to their classrooms from the Annex. (Note that parents need to stop at the annex doors and let their kids continue to their classrooms) Homeroom teachers will continue to greet their students at their entrance doors at 8:15.

NWEA-MAP Mid-Year Assessments
Upon our return to school in January, we will begin NWEA- MAP mid year assessments. This is a midyear academic check in for students which helps our staff to determine growth of each student. It also helps them determine areas that need to be further developed in order for each student to progress.
