School Tour: October 13th
All tours will begin at 8:30am and conclude at 9:30am. No need to reserve a spot. Please arrive before 8:30am and sign in at the main office. You (and others in attendance) will enjoy a more comprehensive experience by attending without your child. Admission info.
High School Information Event: October 7th
Tonight we will host our annual High School Information night at 6 p.m. in the Waters gym. This meeting is especially important for all 8th graders and their parents however we strongly encourage 6th and 7th grade students and parents to attend. It is never too soon to begin planning for high school.
C.A.P.E. Free After School Programs
Programs start Monday, October 5 and continue until May 25. Both Tuesday/ Thursday programs are full and no longer accepting applications. There are still spots available in the Monday/Wednesday programs. Students must bring in the permission slip to participate. Find out more.
Health Forms Due: October 15th
Proof of health exams and required immunizations are due by Thursday, October 15. Letters have gone home to parents whose child is not in compliance. Please help Waters meet the 100% compliance mark for submission of health data.
CPS Parent Portal
The Parent Portal is a resource for parents to track grades, attendance and classroom assignments. A pin is required (you can get it from the office, in person) to create a login. Parents are strongly encouraged to sign up and use the system. Questions? Check with the office or your child’s teacher.
Coffee with Crespo is Back - With an Evening Twist
Coffee with Crespo (8:30 -10:00am) and Espresso with Crespo (6:30 - 8pm) are opportunities for the Waters community to meet in a smaller, more informal environment with Principal Crespo. You must register to attend as sessions are limited to 10 people.
