COFFEE WITH CRESPO
FIRST ONE: FRI. MARCH 6, 8:30am
Coffee with Crespo is an opportunity for Waters parents to meet in a smaller, more informal environment with Principal Crespo. The Coffees allow parents to bring up topics regarding schoolwide issues for discussion with Principal Crespo and the group as a whole. Sessions will be held March 6, March 27, April 24, May 29 from 8:30am-9:30am. Sign up online here.
Coffee wtih Crespo will be facilitated by Waters parent Katherine Buoscio; please feel free to contact her with any questions at firstname.lastname@example.org
Coldness greets us. Stay warm.
All students are welcome in the Annex until bell rings at 8:15. Parents can join their kids if they want to in the annex. It may be crowded so Mrs. Crespo asks that if you can get there as close to 8:15 as possible (instead of too early) that will alleviate some crowding. Extra staff will be available to help kids, if needed, to their classrooms from the Annex. (Note that parents need to stop at the annex doors and let their kids continue to their classrooms) Homeroom teachers will continue to greet their students at their entrance doors at 8:15.
THURSDAY, MARCH 19, 6:00 PM
Nettelhorst Elementary Auditorium 3252 N. Broadway
Please join us for the next StudentsXpress SPEAKS night at Nettelhorst Elementary. Support students as they read their “What I'm Into Now” submissions on stage. We have six students who have been invited to read their StudentsExpress entries at this event: Julia B. & Kai C. from Room 211, Julia K. from Room 210, Ray R. from Room 207, and Spencer B. & Braulio O. from Room 209. Doors open at 5:45pm. $5 suggested donation.
