Thursday, March 22 – WTTW Channel 11 7:00-8:00 p.m.
Waters very own chess team, led by Mr. Prado, will be featured on a segment of WTTW’s news show "Chicago Tonight." The show is doing piece on chess programs in CPS and the CPS playoffs, which took place this past Saturday. Tune in to channel 11 on Thursday during the show’s 7:00 p.m. broadcast for the segment. Students were filmed and interviewed during a recent chess club practice. Although we don’t know what will actually be broadcast, we do expect our students to make an appearance.
