COMMON CORE ASSESSMENT: TENTATIVE SCHEDULE
PARCC (Partnership for Assessment of Readiness for College and Careers) will be administered in two segments, beginning with 3 units of English Language Arts (ELA) (up to 90 minutes per unit), and 4 units of Math (up to 60 minutes per unit). Grades 3-4 will take the paper version of the test on March 29, 30, 31 (ELA) and April 11, 12, 14, and 15 (Math). Grades 5-8 will take the online version of PARCC: ELA on April 5, 6 ,and 7 and Math on April 26, 27, 28 and 29.
The test will be administered in the morning, with make-ups in the afternoon. We ask that ALL students arrive on time to school at 8:15 a.m. Late arrivals will not be permitted entry into the homeroom and will have to make up their testing in the afternoon.
