Students who have forgotten their password and that continue to have issues with the setup process are instructed to contact their teacher, TechCo or principal for assistance. Please be aware that the IT Service Desk and Parent Support Hotline are unable to reset student passwords due to the inability to verify the student’s identity over the phone.
