Big Night Registration Packet Pick-up
Friday, April 29 – Waters lobby 7:45-8:45 a.m.
– Waters lobby 2:45-3:45 p.m.
Saturday, April 30 – 2921 W. Leland 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.
Want to get directly to partying at Big Night? If you've already registered, pick up your Bidder Number, Big Night Money, and/or First Chance Raffle tickets in your registration packet before the event and you won't have to wait in line to check in once you get there.
You'll have several opportunities to pick up your Big Night packet.
On Friday we will be set up near the aquarium outside the front office at school from 7:45-8:45 a.m.and 2:45-3:45 p.m.
On Saturday morning, stop by 2921 W. Leland Ave., near the Francisco Brown Line stop, between 9:00 a.m and noon. You can pick up your pre-purchased items there, or you can buy admissions, Big Night Money, and/or First Chance Raffle tickets. Big Night Money is tickets you can use to buy a chance to win a raffle box prize, play "Heads or Tails" or to buy beverages at the event.
Also, if you are bringing guests to Big Night, please email your guests' names and mobile numbers so they can be assigned a bidder number for mobile bidding. Contact Vanessa Caleb Herman with questions.
