No Temporary Parking in Alleys
Our neigbors east of Waters are getting frustrated with parents whose children attend Waters. Parents are lining the alley way with their vehicles, leaving them unattended and walking across to the school playground to pick up their children. Not only is this against city ordinance, alleys are not meant to be used as pass-through.
Waters is concerned that should there be an emergency, our neighbors cannot exit their garages. The police have been alerted and will patrol the area at dismissal time. They will ticket cars that are parked in the alley.
