On Wednesday, November 18, 2020, Chicago Public Schools will host Local School Council Elections at every school. We understand that there have been some concerns with mail in ballots. These ballots were processed centrally using data in Aspen. Unfortunately, there have been some households that have not received the correct number of ballots. Any parent who chooses, may vote in person on November 18, 2020 between the hours of 7 am - 7 pm at their child's school of attendance. Please be sure to follow all CDC guidelines. In addition, you may drop off your mail in ballots at school between the hours of 8:15 am - 3:15 pm, Monday through Friday. Please ring bell at door 11 or 15 and hand your ballot to the security officer. On election day, November 18, 2020, parents can still drop off their mail in ballots to the security officer if you chose not to vote in person. Click here to find the candidate statements (if provided) and election material (if provided) for your convenience. You may also view the LSC Candidate Forum Video. Please note that the following candidates are no longer running for a seat on the council: Christopher Brannan Jessica Kaune Kathleen Szybist Susan Termini |
