Curriculum Night
Wednesday, September 21
Waters Gym – 6:00 p.m. for New Families
Classrooms – 6:30 p.m.
New families are invited to the Gym at 6:00 p.m. for a special presentation and returning families may arrive at 6:30 p.m. and go directly to their child(ren)'s classroom. Please enter through the main office doors. No children are permitted to attend.
Childcare
In order to properly staff the childcare for Curriculum Night, please fill out the following form if you are planning on dropping off your child(ren). The cost is $20 per family. Cash only. All proceeds to benefit the 8th grade trip to Washington DC. If you are unable to afford the fee please contact Ms. Alvarez.
The deadline to fill out the form is 5pm Monday September 19th. Those who are signed up are guaranteed a spot. Last minute drop offs who are not registered may be turned away if we do not have enough staff.
Please note that 8th graders will be supervising the childcare. Only children ages 4 and up may be dropped off. Unless we get additional adult volunteers (email to help out) the childcare will be capped at 60 children. Please find alternate care for children under the age of 4.
Children may be dropped off at the school Annex starting at 5:40pm.
All children must be picked up by 7:40 pm - no exceptions..
