Pop-Up Exhibit and Parent Ofrenda

The Dia de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) exhibit and parent ofrenda features papel picado and sugar calaveras made last week in our community fine arts workshops, sponsored by the Bilingual Advisory Commiittee, and will be on display thorough November 13, with special viewings on Monday the 2nd and 9th. The Ofrenda honors Mexican painter Frida Kahlo. All students who are currently in visual art class have artworks in the show. The exhibit is located in our community space near the main office.
