New officers were elected at the Bilingual Advisory Council meeting last week for the 2017-2018 school year. The officers include: President Jessica Fuentes, Vice President Alicia Mayorca, Secretary Melissa Mendez, Represenative Heather Simons, and Alternative Representative Sheyla Esparza. The BAC holds public meetings once a month, including many workshops to support bilingual families.
