In order to properly staff the childcare for Wednesday, September 21, please fill out the following form if you are planning on dropping off your child(ren). The cost is $20 per family. Cash only. All proceeds to benefit the 8th grade trip to Washington DC. If you are unable to afford the fee please contact Ms. Alvarez.
The deadline to fill out the form is 5pm Monday September 19th. Those who are signed up are guaranteed a spot. Last minute drop offs who are not registered may be turned away if we do not have enough staff.
Please note that 8th graders will be supervising the childcare. Only children ages 4 and up may be dropped off. Unless we get additional adult volunteers (email to help out) the childcare will be capped at 60 children. Please find alternate care for children under the age of 4.
Children may be dropped off at the school Annex starting at 5:40pm.
All children must be picked up by 7:40 pm - no exceptions.
