PI DAY CELEBRATION AND FAMILY MATH FESTIVAL
Monday March 14, 6-7:30 p.m.
March 4 is 3/14! Please join Waters' teachers and administration for a school-wide Pi Day celebration and family math festival. A rotation of classroom math activities and fun games will take place between 6 and 7 p.m., followed by pie eating ($3.14 per slice) and a pie throwing contest (9 teacher volunteers so far) to raise funds for the 8th grade trip to Washington, DC. Please RSVP here so we can order enough pie!
Activities will include:
• 1/2 Hour of Code (writing code with Mrs. Termini)
• Arcademics
• Tangrams
• 24 game tournament
• Smarttable
• Grid Search
• Multiplication Game
