Week of February 20
Don't recycle that cardboard ... UPCYCLE it! We are reclaiming flat cardboard in the art room this week for our upcoming study of Outsider artist Amos Ferguson. All sizes are welcome, but please cut down any boxes if you can. Cardboard should be thin – cereal boxes, cracker boxes, pasta boxes, snack boxes and the like, not shipping boxes. Children will need to be able to cut it on their own. Please drop it in the main office or have your child deliver it to the art room. We will be collecting cardboard for the next week. All students who are in art will also need to bring in a piece of cardboard (free-choice on size). Thank you for your support! Contact Mrs. Vecchioni with any questions.
