Lost and Found
All Items to be donated by
 Monday June 5
The final day of school is quickly approaching and the Lost and Found Cabinet is overflowing with winter coats, sweatshirts, fleeces, hats, gloves, winter boots and water bottles. Check out what is currently "lost". Please make plans to visit the cabinet and claim your child's item(s). Items will be cleared out and donated on Monday June 5.

We know it's not always easy to get to the school to look through the lost and found. So if you see something in the photo gallery that is your child's, feel free drop us an email and we'll do our best to return it to your child. And please always label your children's clothing, footwear and lunchboxes. Labelled clothing tends to make its way home more often.

Kids, Join in the Walkathon Fun!

5/23/2017

Annual Walkathon
Wednesday, June 7 – Waters Campus

The 3rd Annual Waters Wildcat Walkathon will be held on Wednesday, June 7. The Waters Wildcats Walk is a great way to promote a healthy lifestyle, to empower students to be active members of our community, and to raise money for their school. Proceeds from the walk-a-thon help support and fund the Waters sports and academic teams, coach stipends, team uniforms, the purchase of equipment for the school-wide physical education program, and much more. Our goal for this year’s walk-a-thon is $15,000 which we can meet if each student raises a minimum $60 in pledge donations! Here’s how you can help:

● Encourage your child to identify 8-10 family and friends and ask each person for $5-$10.

● Advise donors to go to this link to make an online pledge (note: online pledges are subject to a 3.75% convenience fee).

● Promote on-line pledging by helping your child create a video to text or email to friends and family. Also, promote the event via Facebook and Twitter.

Click here to learn more about pledge rewards and the time frame each class is walking, so you can help cheer them on.
Volunteers are needed. Sign up here if you can help out.

Preparing for High School
7th Graders – Online Starting This Week

High school application season for school year 2018-19 is quickly approaching and with only a few weeks remaining until the last day of school, it is important that we take full advantage of the remaining time we have before summer break to get as many of our 7th grade families to subscribe to the GoCPS mailing list. We want to make sure we have updated contact information to send them instructions, announcements and advance notifications that are critical to completing the application process. Follow these instructions on the high school application process.
