If you've already registered for Big Night, pick up your Bidder Number, Big Night Money, and/or First Chance Raffle tickets in your registration packet today or tomorrow to avoid check-in lines at the event.

• On Friday (today)! we will be set up near the aquarium outside the front office at school from 7:45-8:45 a.m.and 2:45-3:45 p.m.

• On Saturday morning, stop by 2921 W. Leland Ave., near the Francisco Brown Line stop, between 9:00 a.m and noon. You can pick up your pre-purchased items there, or you can buy admissions, Big Night Money (for drinks and games), and/or First Chance Raffle tickets.

• Pump It Up for a Mr. Orlov, Ms. Rivaderneria and Ms. Herrera Extravaganza They'll even spring for pizza afterward!

The Welles Park Advisory Council Greening Committee is working on a plan to create a garden where the old playground used to be. Their plan is to create a “Nature Play Space” in the south west corner of the park.

Welles Park is seeking community input in the process and are hosting an event this Saturday morning from 10 to 11:30 a.m.Waters Elementary School has a beautiful garden that children love to play in and Welles Park would like to hear from Waters families about their experience and suggestions to create a similar nature space at Welles Park. Want to get directly to partying at Big Night? If you've already registered, pick up your Bidder Number, Big Night Money, and/or First Chance Raffle tickets in your registration packet before the event and you won't have to wait in line to check in once you get there.

You'll have several opportunities to pick up your Big Night packet.

Order Yearbooks Now
​Deadline Saturday, April 30
The online yearbook order form is active once again, so commence ordering! Each yearbook costs $20 and will be delivered to your child's classroom. Please order online by Saturday, April 30, and fill in all information completely. If ordering for more than one child, you may use code 03004W. Only a limited number of copies will be available for cash purchase in June.

Heads or Tails Game – Big Night
Saturday, April 30 – Dank Haus 7:00 p.m.
Here is another reason to come to Big Night! We are excited to bring you the "Heads or Tails Game" this year! It's a game where our MC will ask participants to stand up and "choose heads or tails." Then the MC flips a coin and those that chose incorrectly sit down and those that chose correctly remain standing. This continues until one person remains standing and that person is the winner, who wins an iPad Air 2! Come to Big Night so you can purchase a bracelet for a chance to participate in this fun game. How much are the bracelets? Just one Big Night Ticket equals one bracelet, which means you can buy as many chances as you want. A special thanks to our Corporate Sponsor, Ryan Mecum of Guaranteed Rate, who has donated the bracelets and a chance for the winner to receive a prize.
