Battle of the Books
Congratulations to all of our Battle of the Books participants in 5th, 6th, and 7th grade. Thank you to Ms. Herman, Ms. Collins, and Mr. Wall for coaching our different teams. We are excited to announce that our 7th grade team (pictured here) will be advancing to the city wide finals on April 27th. Summer Sports and Fun Camp
Another quick update since camp has filled up so fast. We are officially on a waiting list for all weeks except the first week of volleyball. If you already sent in your form or emailed Mr. Orlov, your child is included. We are operating with a first come, first serve approach. If you are interested, please send in the flyer or email Mr. Orlov at firstname.lastname@example.org. Looking forward to an awesome summer!
Principal Evaluation Survey for LSC
The Waters Local School Council (LSC) invites staff and parents/community members to provide feedback via survey for consideration in our annual Principal Evaluation for Ms. Kipp. The surveys are based on the competencies that the LSC uses for evaluation. The goal of each evaluation is to encourage Principals to reflect and grow in the areas of concern, and to provide well earned praise in areas of merit. The deadline for completing the surveys is Wednesday April 10th (midnight), to give us time to consider the feedback before conducting our evaluation at the next monthly meeting. Questions? Email LSC President Erica Smith.
